I love this condensed beef and chicken stock from Better Than Bouillon. Just mix some boiling water and stock paste and voila – instant stock!

I think it tastes better than canned or cubed stock, and it’s more cost effective. A little bottle will last you a long time.

I love that stuff! It totally kicks the canned chicken broth’s butt and tastes so much better. The Mister and I use it to make chicken soup. ^_^
So… how about a special entry on how to decorate a tiny apartment? Pretty Please? I’m up to my eyeballs in stuff and the whole college apartment look isn’t working for me. ^_~

lol…i’ll make my own chicken/beef stock. but the clam base is really good in clam chowder. they have tons of diff kinds. pretty neat.
