Wow the vinegar + baking soda did an awesome job of unclogging our shower drain. So to keep it clog free, I recently purchased one of these hair drain covers from our local hardware store.
It’s kinda nasty how much hair it catches after each shower. Well worth the $2 investment!

i do it ghetto style… put hairs on shower wall… throw out when done. HAHA
yes us girls have to have those things! its gross but better than dealing with a clogged drain!

I’ll have to try that. All our sinks have been slow lately. I have a catcher in the bathtub and with all the hair, I’m amazed I have any left on my head.
DOes that soolution work for clogged toilets too?
my sister tried this on the sink and she said it worked really well. she had to do it twice though cause she didn’t feel that she let it sit long enough the first try.
i bought the same thing a year ago but after a while it get nasty because the conditioner & soap you used also gets clogged up, turned gooey and black…really disgusting!!!
i saw a better alternative @ new york supermarket in chinatown (75 e. broadway) because it’s a metal trainer which catches hair, but let the gooey stuff of hair conditioner and soap pass through easily.
