Just bought this Dirt Devil Extreme Power Stick vacuum and I love it.
I wanted to get something small because the only thing we have to vacuum is our living room rug. The Dirt Devil is lightweight, operates on a rechargeable battery (so no cord to get in the way), and is surprisingly powerful for something this size. The handle also folds down so it takes up very little space. It’s a great little vacuum if you don’t need to do much vacuuming, or just to have in addition to your standard big vaccum to clean up quick little messes.

we had that for a while.. but made the mistake of trying to use it as our primary vacuum (since our 1 bedroom apt is so small, we didn’t want a big powerful vacuum). we ended up giving it to my grandmother to use as a supplement to her big vacuum. we’ve since bought the green eureka vacuum… that thing is AWESOME. small, but powerful.

hey i was just looking into buying a vaccum cleaner for my parents house! i have no clue when it comes to vacuums because i never vacuum. i’ll just make eric do it haha. but i wonder what’s a really good vacuum for vacuuming the whole house. i can’t stand dirty, dusty carpets so i want to find a really good one.
how’s the power on this thing? I’d love to get something smaller and light weight but haven’t found anything decent…
