  • This is an entry into Apartment Therapy’s Smallest Coolest Apartments Contest.  The living room wall is very similar to our apartment layout and this is exactly the look I’m going for – shelving above and a tv and desk below.

    Their apt is 371 square foot on the upper west side – they’ve really maximized the space!

  • wow, i love what they did with that 371 sq ft apt! i never imagined a space that small could be used so creatively and wisely… our new place is twice that big and doesn’t look nearly as cool or picturesque as those apts! kudos to them. =o)
